We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cargo Service Clerk with strong writing and organizational skills to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate tracking, inventory management and general labor duties. The ideal candidate is meticulous, reliable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work overtime, nights and weekends while working in all weather conditions.

- Accurately count and document containers, shipments, and materials.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of inventory and shipping activities
- Verify shipping documents
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and external partners to resolve discrepancies or issues.
- Perform quality checks on containers and material to ensure they meet standards.
- Assist with general labor tasks, including loading/unloading and organizing inventory.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written communication skills for accurate reporting and record-keeping.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly throughout a shift
- Must have valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a TWIC card.
- Outgoing, friendly personality.
