Responsibilities
What your days look like as a Project and Asset Management intern:
- You will assist in deploying the new version of our Computerized Maintenance Management System;
- You will manage continuous improvement projects in a dynamic field;
- You collaborate on equipment reliability analysis cases;
- You support project managers and engineers of the Asset Management Group;
- You maintain equipment records, Excel and Power BI asset management status dashboards;
- You will perform all other related tasks.
Qualifications
To be successful as a Project and Asset Management intern you must have:
- You have completed (3) years as an undergraduate in a bachelor of engineering program;
- You have some basic knowledge of vehicle mechanic;
- You are familiar with MS-Office & Power BI (an asset);
- You are bilingual (French and English) both verbally and in writing: Due to the diversity of our team and the need to communicate with local, pan-Canadian, and international clients and partners, proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, is required.
- You have a good sense of priorities and are able to adapt to a constantly changing environment:
- You are detail-oriented, autonomous, and focused on continuous improvement and collaboration.
