Responsibilities
Key Responsibillities:
Calendar and Priority Management – Proactively coordinate appointments and travel, optimizing the schedule based on strategic priorities.
Communication and Document Management – Screen and process correspondence, draft and format professional documents.
External Interaction Support – Manage client and partner requests with rigor and responsiveness.
Travel Arrangements and Expense Management – Oversee logistics and prepare reports in line with internal policies.
Meeting Coordination and Follow-Up – Prepare documents, draft meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on decisions made.
Administrative Supervision and Management – Provide leadership to the administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Strategic Project Monitoring – Support the management of key initiatives and facilitate stakeholder collaboration.
Strategic Support and Information Monitoring – Conduct research and data analysis to assist decision-making.
Qualifications
Your Profile:
Degree in administration or secretarial studies.
7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to autonomously manage priorities.
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and partners.
Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to unexpected challenges.
Proficiency in essential office and technological tools (MS Office Suite).
