ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for commercial support including price analysis, product pricing, price maintenance and managing the quotation database. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations Management, and our Pricing Management teams to identify pricing opportunities, develop pricing segmentation for the business, maintain and ensure accuracy of product pricing and support the business with pricing proposals. Your role will focus on providing vital support that increases the agility of our sales operations and ensures that our clients receive timely and accurate information.

- Work closely with commercial team to identify pricing opportunities, provide quotations for customers, track execution, and provide appropriate metrics.
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information that enhances their purchasing experience.
- Identify opportunities to streamline the sales process, collaborating with sales and pricing teams to implement solutions that enhance efficiency and responsiveness.
- Maintain and update customer and pricing databases accurately, ensuring all information is current and easily accessible for the sales team.
- Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and pricing trends to assist the sales team in making data-driven decisions.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in the sales process and communicate findings to relevant teams.
- Ensuring accuracy of initial price entry by having strong attention to detail
- Efficient price quote turnaround with a sense of urgency

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
Working Environment:
- Primarily office-based role with occasional standing and walking.
- Occasional lifting and moving of up to 10 pounds may be required.
- Moderate exposure to inclement weather/elements and quiet to moderate noise level in the office.
- Local travel may be required for less than 10% of the time.
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
